We aim to process your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
Quite a few styles feature hand embroidery and or hand stitched detailing which can take longer if we are out of stock.
It is always our aim to have your order delivered to you as soon as we can.
Delivery times will vary and should take no longer than 10 days. Items are fully traceable once shipped

Customs and Taxes
Countries will vary with laws regarding import taxes and duties. Please note that any related import duties or charges are the responsibility of the purchaser / receiver.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do! You can exchange an item for a different size or color. Alternatively, should you wish to exchange an item for another one, it must be the same value. All shipping costs for exchanges will be paid for by the customer.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will gladly refund you if you make your request within 10 days of receiving the item. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs and return shipping is paid for by the customer. To receive a refund, all returned items must be returned unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.
What if my Item is faulty?
If you have received a faulty item please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the faulty item so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible. You can check RETURNS to find out how to return an item.
What if I have received an incorrect item?
If you have received an item you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us we will not be able to complete the refund. We recommend sending via a trackable shipping service.
