When you place an order on our website and send payment, we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been submitted.
This is because most products will be made to order.
KIDSAGOGO reserves the right to send the goods within ten (10) days of purchase If goods are to be sent later than 10 days we will contact you.
If you are not satisfied with a product when your order arrives, please notify us by email within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.
Items will be exchanged, or a credit note issued, providing that items are in the same condition as when you first bought them, including any packaging; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods.
